Job summary

The Terraces of Phoenix - a HumanGood community is seeking an experienced PRN Registered Nurse for its Health Center Team in Phoenix, AZ. The RN will provide nursing care to residents and uphold our Philosophy for person-directed Care to ensure a safe and healthy environment while supporting daily life activities. Shifts run 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am.

Hourly pay ranges from $37 to $50 per hour (DOE). Prior skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is preferred and CPR certification is

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required in the state of application.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Prior skilled nursing, senior care, post-acute or sub-acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates nursing care for all residents and involves residents in decision making.
• Engages residents in daily activities according to their rhythm of life and independence.
• Assess residents' needs at admission and monitor during stay while following regulations and safety procedures.
• Lead and direct care partners as appropriate.
