Job summary

The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood life plan community, is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for its Health Center Team in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide nursing care, ensure safety, and support residents in their daily life rhythm while upholding our philosophy of person-directed care.

Pay ranges from $37 to $50 per hour (DOE). Shifts are 10pm–6am with days varying. Requires active RN license in Arizona and CPR certification, with prior skilled nursing or senior care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of applying.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior skilled nursing or senior care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates nursing care for all residents and involves residents in decision making.
• Engages residents in daily activities as part of their daily rhythm.
• Assesses needs at admission and continually evaluates condition to promote independence while following regulations.
• May lead and direct care partners as appropriate.
