Alta-Heights-Post-Acute in Nashville seeks an experienced LPN/LVN to assume nursing supervision and coordinate day-to-day nursing operations in a long‑term care setting.

You will oversee CNAs, ensure compliance with governing regulations, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality resident care. A current license, CPR, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited program and an active nursing license (LPN/LVN).
• Current CPR certification and eligibility to practice in the state.
• Experience leading nursing staff and coordinating care in a long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of patient care standards, regulations, and QA processes.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate shifts, plan services, and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents; maintain accurate charting and documentation.
• Administer medications as ordered and supervise nursing service procedures.
• Prepare reports, participate in surveys, and assist with discharge planning.
