The role involves directing day-to-day nursing functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining accurate documentation.

You will participate in quality assurance activities, coordinate with other departments, admit/discharge residents, and support the Nursing Service Procedures Manual

Formación

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential for coordinating care.

Responsabilidades
