Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a Clinical Technologist Lead Nurse to oversee the competency and performance of Clinical Technologists across our market. You will ensure high-quality, team-based patient care in clinical and administrative tasks, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and company standards.

Responsibilities include onboarding, ongoing training, and evaluation of staff, occasional travel to clinics, and collaboration with leadership on quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in state
• Minimum two years of nursing experience in patient care setting
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider (American Heart Association)

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Technologists in the market and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead onboarding, competency assessments, and ongoing training of all Clinical Technologists.
• Travel to assigned clinics and provide coaching and training as needed.
• Provide final sign-off for new hires and ensure compliance with policies and workflows.
• Assist with interviews and participate in annual reviews.
