Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers seeks a Clinical Technologist Lead Nurse to oversee Clinical Technologists, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead training across NJ clinics. This role integrates clinical expertise with program leadership, compliance, and staff development.

You will travel to designated clinics, mentor staff, and support continuous quality improvement while upholding UVVC’s standards and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse (state/multi-state licensure).
• Minimum two years nursing experience in patient care.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers training.
• Ability to travel to multiple clinics as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Technologists and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Onboard, assess competency, and train Clinical Technologists in the market.
• Travel to assigned NJ clinics for oversight and coaching.
• Provide training and act as educational resource for staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and PHI security.
