Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in-state or multi-state.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Clinical Technologists in the market and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Lead onboarding, competency assessments, and ongoing training for Clinical Technologists.
- Travel to assigned NJ clinics as needed.
- Train and coach new employees; provide final sign-off for hires.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and HIPAA requirements.
- Support clinic operations and team collaboration to optimize workflow.
- Identify risks and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist with interviews and feedback sessions with staff.
- Maintain PHI confidentiality and accurate EMR documentation.
