Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers in Georgia seeks a Clinical Technologist Lead to oversee clinical technologists across the Georgia market. This role requires travel to Alpharetta, Athens, Duluth and Kennesaw clinics to supervise onboarding, training, and performance.

Maintain HIPAA compliance and drive improvements in patient care workflows. The ideal candidate brings an active LPN/LVN license, 2+ years nursing experience, and strong EMR/PHI handling skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN or LVN license.
• Minimum two years of nursing patient care experience; Clinical Lead preferred.
• Must be able to travel to Alpharetta, Athens, Duluth, and Kennesaw clinics.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Mastery of infection control, sterile technique, sterilization processes, and medication safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Technologists within the market and ensure scope of practice compliance.
• Lead onboarding, competency assessment, and ongoing training for all staff.
• Travel to assigned clinics as requested by supervisor.
• Coach and train new employees and provide performance feedback.
• Sign-off on new hire Clinical Technologists and maintain PHI confidentiality.
• Improve quality and operational efficiency through collaboration with leadership.
• Support inventory management and supply chain coordination for clinics.
• Participate in clinician interviews and annual reviews with Facility Administrator.
