The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management (or equivalent), about 5 years of PM experience in low voltage fields, and strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management preferred; equivalents considered.
• 5 years of PM experience in low voltage systems preferred.
• Completion of, or initiative to enroll in, an electrical apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, organize, and staff low voltage systems construction projects to be completed safely, profitably, timely, and to a high standard.
• Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities, network, and maintain customer relationships.
• Team Leadership: Oversee multiple projects with on-site supervision of field staff and crews.
• Project Review: Review project documents, plans, specifications, direct construction activities, resolve issues, and maintain client relationships within cost/time/quality constraints.
• Jobsite Visits: Visit jobsites to interact with crew, customers, foremen, and general contractors to ensure progress and safety.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to meet project standards.
