Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic leader to manage the Power Systems Low Voltage Offer Management team in the United States. You will guide offer strategy, product launches, go-to-market enablement, pricing, positioning, promotions, and lifecycle performance while partnering with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Pricing, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in offer management, product management, marketing, commercial leadership, or a related field.
• Strong people management and coaching skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Significant technical or commercial experience with low voltage power distribution systems, including switchboards, power panelboards, low voltage motor control centers, low voltage switchgear, and integrated products.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to various audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in market research, product launches, and go-to-market strategies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing offer management team with clear priorities.
• Oversee market research, VOC, competitive analysis, and portfolio planning.
• Manage launches and lifecycle with cross-functional alignment and objectives.
• Develop pricing and portfolio strategies to meet financial targets.
• Apply the 4 Ps to define value propositions and routes to market.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaigns and enablement.
• Foster cross-functional relationships across Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Pricing, Marketing, and Operations.
• Communicate priorities, performance, risks, and successes to Power Systems leadership.
