Job summary

LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Foreman to lead crews on hyperscale data center and commercial construction projects across the USA. This is a working foreman role — you know the work from the ground up, you can train technicians to do it right, and you're ready to own the daily execution of complex structured cabling and fiber scopes on large, fast-moving jobsites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on low voltage or structured cabling experience.
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role (Lead Technician/Foreman).
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians on hyperscale data center and commercial construction sites, setting daily goals and ensuring productivity.
• Handle workforce planning: crew scheduling, labor tracking, and timesheet completion; coordinate with contract workers as needed.
• Train technicians in installation methods, test equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify and address on-site personnel issues and escalate when appropriate.
