Job summary

LINX is seeking a skilled Low Voltage Foreman to lead onsite coordination for hyperscale data center projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role ensures projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

You will oversee low voltage technician teams, manage work orders, and coordinate job site checklists to ensure successful project completion with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years Low Voltage / Structured Cabling Experience.
• 1-2 years in a field leadership role.
• Strong preference for hyperscale data center experience.
• Efficiently delegate tasks and manage teams to meet project goals.
• Follow project processes while ensuring timeline commitments are met.
• Communicate effectively through strong written and oral skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution to meet technical, quality, cost, and profitability objectives with customer satisfaction.
• Lead workforce planning, hire contract workers, track labor, and manage timesheets.
• Train and supervise teams, set daily goals, and ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor progress, control costs with tracking reports and Bluebeam, adjust crews and materials.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and clear site communication.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Estimating, and Sales during pre- and post-bid phases.
• Track materials, moves, ads, and changes; ensure documentation and reporting.
• Oversee materials management: ordering, deliveries, and warehouse coordination.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, safety regulations, and project docs.
• Conduct training to develop team skills and efficiency.
