Job summary

LINX is hiring a Low Voltage Foreman to lead crews on hyperscale data center and commercial construction projects across the USA. This is a working foreman role—train technicians, own daily execution, and ensure quality and safety on large, fast‑moving sites.

You’ll report to the Project Manager, manage crew productivity, materials staging, and customer communications while advancing through LINX’s field leadership ladder. 100% travel is required across the USA.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on low voltage or structured cabling installation experience with mastery of installation methods, tools, and quality standards across copper and fiber systems.
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role where you were responsible for crew productivity and quality.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians on hyperscale data center and commercial construction jobsites, setting daily goals and ensuring productivity.
• Handle workforce planning, crew scheduling, timesheets, and coordination with contract workers.
• Train technicians in installation methods, safety procedures, and quality standards to develop the crew.
• Own daily execution of structured cabling, fiber, and low voltage infrastructure scopes and monitor progress against schedule.
