TeamLINX is hiring a Low Voltage Foreman in Chantilly, VA to lead crews on commercial construction projects, including offices, healthcare, education, and data centers. You will own daily field execution, safety, materials, and client communication, reporting to the Project Manager.

The role requires hands-on structured cabling expertise, 1–2 years of leadership, and a track record on complex sites. Competitive hourly pay with a performance bonus, plus extensive benefits and growth potential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on low voltage or structured cabling installation experience.
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role (Lead Technician/Foreman).
• Experience on large or complex commercial projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians across commercial sites and data centers.
• Plan workforce, schedule crews, track timesheets and coordinate with contract workers.
• Train technicians on installation methods, safety, and quality standards.
• Escalate personnel issues to the Superintendent or Project Manager when needed.
