Job summary

LINX is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman in Chantilly, VA to lead crews across commercial projects, including offices, healthcare, education, and data centers. You will own daily field execution, drive crew productivity, ensure safety, and maintain client communication while reporting to the Project Manager.

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on low voltage installation and 1–2 years in a leadership role are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on low voltage or structured cabling installation experience.
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role.
• Experience on large or complex commercial projects including healthcare, education, or multi-tenant environments.
• Ability to read construction documents, scopes of work, BOMs, as-builts, blueprints, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians across active commercial construction job sites, setting daily goals and ensuring productivity.
• Manage workforce planning: crew scheduling, labor tracking, and coordination with contract workers.
• Train technicians in installation methods, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Oversee MACs and ensure proper documentation flows to PM and estimating team.
