Job summary

LINX is seeking a Low Voltage Foreman for Salt Lake City to lead crews across diverse commercial construction projects. You will manage daily field execution, safety, and client communication on site, reporting to the Project Manager.

You will train technicians in structured cabling methods, test equipment, and quality standards, coordinating with healthcare, education, and data center environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on low voltage or structured cabling installation experience.
• 1–2 years in a field leadership role (Lead Technician/Foreman) or equivalent.
• Experience on large commercial projects (healthcare, education, or multi-tenant) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of low voltage technicians across active commercial sites, setting daily goals and ensuring safety and quality.
• Plan crew scheduling, labor tracking, and coordinate with contract workers as needed.
• Train technicians on installation methods, test equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Oversee MACs, on-site documentation, and client communication to the Project Manager.
