Job summary

Hoffman Construction Company is seeking a Low Voltage Electrical Field Superintendent to lead on-site activities in Llano, TX, overseeing a team of subcontractors and craft workers on a fast-paced semiconductor project. You will manage RFIs, submittals, QA/QC, scheduling, and safety to ensure on-time delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, deep low voltage expertise, and collaboration with clients, engineers, and trades. Expect a project-site focus with extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of low voltage electrical construction experience.
• Experience on large industrial and hi-tech fabrication projects.
• OHSA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with superintendents and subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Maintain and adjust project schedule daily.
• Manage RFIs and submittal materials for review with the Client/Architect.
• Manage and oversee cost control and QA/QC program.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintained.
