Job summary

Hoffman Construction Company in Boise, ID is seeking an Electrical Field Superintendent to lead a multi-project electrical crew on hi-tech facilities. You will supervise low voltage systems, coordinate with other superintendents, clients, and subcontractors, and ensure safety, scheduling, and QA/QC programs are followed.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive field experience in large-scale electrical construction, and the ability to manage RFI's, submittals, and cost control across site

Qualifications

• Five+ years of low voltage electrical construction experience.
• Experience on large industrial or hi-tech fabrication projects.
• Familiar with low voltage distribution, UPS, and cleanroom installations.
• Proficient with CSI specs and construction documentation.
• Proficient with MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with superintendents and subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Maintain and adjust project scheduling daily.
• Manage RFIs and submittals for client review.
• Oversee cost control and QA/QC programs.
• Ensure safety protocols and project compliance.
• Resolve design/constructability issues with teams.
• Respond to client requests and provide technical resolutions.
• Interpret and implement installations per codes and site specs.
• Support field conditions and scope for cost estimates.
