Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in an environment focused on low-voltage equipment.
• Experience with lifecycle from design to manufacturing and delivery.
• Experience with BOMs and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers and designers on complex electrical projects.
• Oversee schedules, priorities, workloads, and deliverables for low-voltage systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to resolve production issues and improve manufacturability.
