Job summary

AllSTEM Connections in Houston is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a Low Voltage engineering team focused on switchgear, switchboards, and power distribution equipment. You will mentor engineers, manage projects from design through manufacturing, testing and delivery, and collaborate with manufacturing, operations and cross-functional teams.

This onsite role offers potential hybrid flexibility. A background in electrical equipment manufacturing and ERP/MRP systems (SAP a plus) is

Qualifications

3–5+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience.
Experience with low-voltage power distribution equipment.
Background in electrical equipment manufacturing or engineered products.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineers and designers.
Manage engineering projects from design through manufacturing, testing, and delivery.
Coordinate with manufacturing, operations, project management, and cross-functional teams.
Oversee engineering schedules, BOMs, drawings, and project deliverables.
Improve engineering processes, product standards, quality, and manufacturability.
