Job summary

AllSTEM Connections in Houston is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a Low Voltage engineering team focused on switchgear, switchboards, and power distribution equipment. You will mentor engineers, manage projects from design through manufacturing, testing and delivery, and collaborate with manufacturing, operations and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience.
• Experience with low-voltage power distribution equipment.
• Background in electrical equipment manufacturing or engineered products.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant industry experience.

Job Title: Engineering Manager – Low Voltage

Location: Houston, TX

Work Schedule: Initially onsite, with potential for hybrid flexibility

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow a Low Voltage Engineering team supporting switchgear, switchboards, power distribution equipment, and electrical controls.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with low-voltage power distribution equipment, switchgear, or switchboards.
• Background in electrical equipment manufacturing or engineered products.

• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant industry experience preferred.
