Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Solutions Design Engineer to drive design and qualification of complex supply chain and dedicated transportation solutions. You will lead cross-functional pursuit teams, quantify financial value, and ensure designs meet customer needs and Ryder capabilities.

The role requires deep knowledge of transportation and warehouse designs, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide teams from proposal through startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Industrial Engineering.
• 6+ years in Transportation or Warehousing/mfg industries.
• Strong data analysis, modeling, and communication skills.
