Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, SCM or Industrial Engineering.
6+ years in Transportation and 6+ years in Warehousing/Manufacturing.
Proficient in Excel; advanced PowerPoint skills required.

Responsibilities

Lead design for solutions that deliver financial value to customers.
Develop and present compelling proposals to influence decisions.
Support start-up transitions and ensure design aligns with operations.
Mentor a small team of SD Engineers and manage design processes.
