Qualifications

• 2+ years of production coordination experience in live entertainment.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling across productions.
• Coordinate resources including personnel, vendors, and equipment.
• Track budgets and expense reconciliation.
• Provide on-site support during rehearsals and performances.
• Maintain production records and communications.
