Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking a Litigation Systems Analyst (mid-level) for a full-time role in the Chicago area. The analyst will design and implement systems to meet government requirements, test software, and provide training and documentation for users.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with government IT environments, strong communication, and leadership skills; Relativity and related tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on experience with the systems in use.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and translate into coherent design.
• Broad knowledge of government IT environments and related databases.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience is useful.
• Experience in automated litigation support is helpful.
• Relativity, ReadySuite, and I-Pro eCapture experience; Relativity Certified Admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design entire systems to meet defined requirements and specify data elements and validation.
• Translate requirements into designs; test software with sample data and report results.
• Present findings and recommendations in formal reports and oral presentations.
• Develop systems documentation and training materials for users.
• Coordinate with government staff and contractor personnel; provide supervision as needed.
