Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Litigation Systems Analyst to support a large Federal agency’s ongoing litigation efforts. You will design, test, and document litigation systems, translating requirements into robust solutions and providing user training.

The role involves working within a government-focused IT environment, leveraging Relativity, ReadySuite, and I-Pro eCapture. Candidates with leadership experience and strong communication will excel in this mid-level position.

Qualifications

• Substantial, hands-on experience in the systems being used, typically at least three years.
• Experience configuring Interconnected Oracle databases in a UNIX environment including design, implementation, troubleshooting, data population, and user training.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into a coherent system design.
• Broad knowledge of IT environments, including office automation networks and server-based databases and applications.
• Supervisory or team-leader experience is very useful and enhances project delivery.
• Experience in automated litigation support is highly helpful.

Responsibilities

• Define system and project requirements based on information from COR, Government Case Managers, and trial staff.
• Design the full system to meet requirements including design specifications, data elements, validation, data capture, and data conversion procedures.
• Translate functional requirements into system designs and oversee development; test software with sample data.
• Present findings, recommendations, and specifications in reports and oral presentations.
• Develop systems documentation and provide user training for completed systems.
• Collaborate with Government staff and contractor teams to ensure clarity of task objectives and identify improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and supervision to junior staff; may act as a project lead.
• Report progress to Government staff and superiors.
