Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a mid-level Litigation Systems Analyst to support a large Federal agency’s litigation efforts. The role involves defining system requirements, designing end-to-end solutions, and delivering documentation and training.

Experience with Relativity, ReadySuite, and I-Pro eCapture is preferred. Candidate should have at least three years of hands-on experience in applicable systems, with possible supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in the work on the systems being used, usually at least three years.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and translate those requirements into a coherent system design.
• Experience with government IT environments and office automation networks is helpful.
• Supervisory or team leader experience is useful.

Responsibilities

• Defines system and project requirements based on information gathered from COR, Government Case Managers, and trial staff.
• Designs entire system to meet defined requirements including data elements and data conversion procedures.
• Translates functional requirements into system designs suitable for development of programs and tests software.
• Develops system documentation required in task orders.
• Provides technical expertise and supervision to lower-level personnel or as a team lead.
• Reports progress to Government staff and superiors.
• Provides user and technical documentation and training for systems developed.

Education

Undergraduate degree preferred
