Job summary

CGS seeks a Litigation Systems Analyst in Chantilly, VA to support a large Federal agency’s litigation operations. You will define requirements, design end-to-end systems, and test software, collaborating with Government staff and contractors.

The role emphasizes production of documentation, training materials, and leadership of junior staff. Prior experience in automated litigation support and Relativity is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the systems used in litigation support.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate to a coherent system design.
• Experience with government IT environments and data management.
• Supervisory or team lead experience is useful.

Responsibilities

• Define system and project requirements with COR, Case Managers, and trial staff.
• Designs systems to meet requirements; specify data elements and conversions.
• Translate requirements into system designs; test software with sample data.
• Present findings and recommendations in reports and briefings.
• Develop system documentation and user training materials.
• Provide technical direction to lower-level staff; may lead projects.
• Report progress to Government staff and superiors.
• Coordinate with Government and contractor teams to meet objectives.
