Job summary

ProDriven Global Brands seeks an Associate General Counsel - Litigation and Risk to lead significant litigation, claims, and risk management. You will report to the General Counsel and drive defensible strategies, governance, and executive visibility into material risk.

The role blends legal judgment with portfolio governance and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Quality, Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to protect the company's interests and drive

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active US bar admission.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible legal experience, including complex litigation.
• Experience with products, manufacturing, or consumer goods litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for significant litigation, claims, and disputes across the portfolio.
• Provide clear recommendations balancing legal exposure with financial and business impact.
• Direct matters from assessment through discovery, trial prep, and settlement.
• Provide governance for the Claims portfolio with visibility into status and deadlines.
• Manage outside counsel and technical experts; oversee staffing and budgets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Product Development, Operations, and Finance.
• Monitor reserves, spend, and exposure; report to senior leadership.
• Travel 10–20% as required.
