Opendoor is building a new Tempe, AZ Listing Partner team and seeking a leader to manage licensed LPs who serve as the single contact for buyers' agents from offer through close on Opendoor-owned resale homes.

You will coach LPs on negotiation, pipeline discipline, and escalation, while collaborating with Pricing, Homes, Title & Escrow, Brokerage, and Product to remove friction in the resale process and drive target attach rates.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in residential real estate or sales.
• 1–3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading teams through organizational or policy changes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Listing Partners to meet a multi-metric scorecard.
• Run regular 1:1s, call reviews, and audits for coaching.
• Own performance management and training programs.
• Leverage AI-driven call scoring and analytics to inform coaching.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Homes, Title & Escrow, Brokerage, and Tooling to remove friction in the resale process.
