Job summary

Opendoor is hiring a Listing Partner Manager in Tempe, AZ to build and lead a new Listing Partners team, driving performance, culture, and scalable ops. This role focuses on coaching LPs on negotiation, pipeline management, and escalation handling, while partnering with Pricing, Homes, Title & Escrow, Brokerage, and Product teams.

You will create operating rhythms, monitor dashboards, and implement AI-enabled coaching to improve efficiency and outcomes across the resale process.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in residential real estate, sales, or transaction mgmt in high-volume environment.
• 1–3+ years of people management leading sales or account-management teams.
• Active, unrestricted real estate salesperson or broker license in at least one U.S. state.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Listing Partners to meet a multi-metric scorecard including conversion and SLA targets.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and audits to provide actionable feedback and development plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, pricing, and tool adoption.
