Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Systems Engineering Link 22 for a remote role involving high‑level Link 22 architecture, configuration, and testing across airborne and maritime platforms.

You will serve as the subject matter expert, guiding requirements, design, and integration activities with frequent travel as needed during program phases. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Link 22 hardware/software (SNC, SPC, LLC) and a proven track record in TD L

Qualifications

• Active US Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology or related field with 9+ years of experience.
• Graduate degree with 7+ years of experience or 13+ years without degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Link 22 SME with deep knowledge of Link 22 architecture and standards.
• Integrate and configure Link 22 with airborne and maritime platforms.
• Design Link 22 data flows across multi-node networks and manage configurations.
• Develop/exportable Link 22 configurations for multiple programs and environments.
• Plan and execute Link 22 interoperability testing in lab and field.
• Prepare technical presentations for government customers.
• Develop test plans and verification scenarios for SW development and integration.
