Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Line Cook at a hotel, resort or restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team player focused on guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Direct, train and monitor Line Cooks; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Plan production and prep for Line Cooks; review priorities.
• Communicate changes to assignments during shifts.
• Set up work stations with mis en place; close out at end of shift.
• Inform Sous Chef of supplies to requisition.
