Job summary

Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Line Cook III to lead on the line, execute dishes with precision and speed, set the standard for culinary excellence, and uphold our recipes.

You will mentor Line Cook I and II, train new staff informally, maintain strict sanitation and safety standards, participate in inventory prep, and communicate with the Kitchen Manager about tickets and special requests to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluently in the primary language of the property.
• Ability to lead and mentor Line Cook I and II.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain station with all products, tools, and supplies necessary for service.
• Lead by example in speed, accuracy, and consistency of dish execution.
• Mentor Line Cook I and II team members with informal training.
• Follow recipes and plating standards with zero compromise on quality.
• Communicate with Kitchen Manager about ticket times and special requests.
• Maintain sanitation and safety guidelines at all times.
