White Lodging is seeking an experienced line cook to lead in a fast-paced kitchen and mentor the next generation of culinary talent across our hotel properties. This role emphasizes hands-on cooking acumen and leadership in BOH operations.

You will mentor entry-level cooks, ensure food safety and portion control, and contribute to cost targets while upholding high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Mentor entry-level cooks and culinary apprentices; oversee daily prep and production.
• Experience with back-of-house operations following F&B procedures, health codes, and federal guidelines.
• Ability to stand and work at a fast pace for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation at all times
• Help maintain food cost and labor cost targets
• Check ingredient freshness; uphold recipe standards and portion-use records
