Job summary

Eau Resort & Spa Palm Beach is seeking a Chef D' Partie to join its Forbes Five-Star team. You will plan, prepare, and execute menu items with focus on quality and plating standards in the Breeze Ocean Kitchen outpost.

In this role you will oversee line cooks, train staff, and uphold sanitation while collaborating with the head of department. Weekend and holiday availability is required for a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Lead Supervisor experience in a Five-Star hotel or restaurant is required.
• Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff with clear communication.
• Strong attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service for menu items and specials.
• Direct, train and monitor Line Cooks; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Support department head on days off and during split shifts.
