The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of line cook experience at a 4/5-star hotel or restaurant, can communicate clearly with guests and colleagues, follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and work weekends and nights in a fast-paced, Forbes Five-Star environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience as a Line Cook at a 4/5-star hotel or restaurant.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
