Job summary

Eau Resort & Spa is seeking a Chef de Partie to join Stir restaurant. The role focuses on planning, prepping, and delivering high-quality menu items across outlets in line with standards.

You will direct and train Line Cooks, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support the department head during days off and split shifts. The position requires 5 years of lead supervision experience in a Five-Star setting, strong communication, and the ability to work all stations, weekends, and evenings.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Lead Supervisor at a Five-Star hotel or restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on line.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, delegate work and follow through.
• Ability to be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment.
• Ability to work well under pressure of meeting production schedules and timelines for guests' food orders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials.
• Direct, train and monitor performance of Line Cooks; maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Support department head on their days off and split shifts.
