Eau Resort & Spa Palm Beach in Manalapan, FL is seeking an Outdoor Dining Server Assistant to join our Forbes Five-Star team. As a key team member you will service guests, assist with servers, and deliver food to tables according to hotel standards.

This part-time role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays and the ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment at Breeze Ocean Kitchen.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with guests, management and co-workers.
• Able to fulfill physical requirements of the position, including lifting and transporting items.
• Legible communication.
• Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service.
• Certification in Alcohol awareness program.
• Certification in Food Handlers program.
• Ability to understand guest’s service needs.
• Well organized and able to manage multiple guests.

Responsibilities

• Service guests and deliver food to tables.
• Assist servers with functions for servers.
• Maintain the restaurant area and equipment.
• Provide lateral service when necessary.
• Uphold the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.
