The role requires 2+ years of line cook experience in a high-volume setting, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be needed, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; RED/FHD equivalent acceptable.
• Two years’ experience as a line cook in a high-volume outlet.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Valid food service card and knowledge of health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prep, prepare and deliver highest quality meals as part of a culinary team.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards; monitor stock and waste.
• Assist leadership and mentor line cooks; communicate proactively with staff.
• Follow menu and presentation standards set by chefs; perform other duties.
