You will promote superior guest service, supervise line cooks, and maintain strict food safety and hygiene. The role requires a high school diploma and 2 years of line cook experience; shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience as a line cook in a high-volume outlet.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multitask.
• Expert level knowledge of kitchen tools, utensils, and stations (prep, gill, sauté etc.) required to perform the tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service and maintains a positive organizational culture.
• Prepare and assign production and prep work for line cooks.
• Assist in daily line checks to monitor quality and ensure compliance with health standards.
• Train and mentor line cooks in proper food safety techniques.
• Monitor food waste to control cost of goods and ensure adherence to menu standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stock levels; report low supplies to supervisors.
• Cook dishes under supervision of senior chefs and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards and company policies.
