White Lodging in the United States is seeking an experienced line cook to lead in a fast-paced kitchen and mentor culinary talent across premium hotel properties. You’ll oversee prep, maintain quality, and ensure compliance with health codes while modeling teamwork.

The role supports flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within multiple hotel brands in your market, with strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Mentor entry-level cooks and apprentices; oversee daily prep and production.
• Execute BOH operations per F&B procedures, health codes, and federal guidelines.
