Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as a Line Cook in hotel/resort or restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• Food handling certification required.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Direct, train, and monitor Line Cooks; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Plan and assign production and prep work; review priorities.
• Communicate changes to assignments during the shift.
• Set up work stations with mise en place, tools, and supplies; perform closing duties.
• Inform the Sous Chef of supplies to requisition for the day.
