Job summary

Gamble Sands in Brewster, WA is seeking a motivated Full-Time Lead Line Cook to supervise kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety, and assist chefs with prep, menu execution, and staff training.

You will act as the senior line authority during shifts, manage station setup, inventory, and guide junior cooks in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training.

Responsibilities

• Prepares sufficient quantities of food product in accordance to production plan or forecast needs.
• Maintains overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Alerts chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner.
• Requisitions inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production.
• Ensures proper storage of food items, wraps, dates, and rotates food items.
• Performs other duties as required.
