Gamble Sands in Brewster, WA, part of Troon, seeks a Full-Time Lead Line Cook to supervise kitchen operations, ensure quality and safety, and support chefs with prep and training. You will lead the line during shifts, manage station setup, inventory, and guide junior cooks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training.

Responsibilities

• Prepares sufficient quantities of food product in accordance with production plan or forecast needs.
• Maintains overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Alerts chef or supervisor of equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner.
• Requisitions inventory and receives supplies for daily production.
• Ensures proper storage of food items, wraps, dates, and rotates food items.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
