Troon's Poston Butte Golf Club in Florence, AZ, is hiring a lead line cook for a full-time role in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. You will lead the line during service and work closely with BOH/FOH teams to ensure dishes meet standards.

Qualifications

• Must have previous line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of grill, sauté, and fry stations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the line during service, ensuring food is prepared to standard and plated consistently.
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization.
• Maintain a clean and efficient workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support the kitchen team and communicate effectively with BOH and FOH staff.
• Help train and mentor line cooks as needed.
