Poston Butte Golf Club, Florence, AZ is seeking a full-time Lead Line Cook to join Troon Golf, LLC’s hospitality team. The role focuses on leading the line, ensuring consistent plating, and supporting prep, inventory, and station organization in a fast-paced kitchen.

Ideal candidates have line cook experience in high-volume settings, strong knife skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality. Team players with a solid work ethic are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of grill, sauté, and fry stations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the line during service, ensuring food is prepared to standard and plated consistently.
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization.
• Maintain a clean and efficient workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support the kitchen team and communicate effectively with BOH and FOH staff.
• Help train and mentor line cooks as needed.
