Hyatt Centric The Woodlands is seeking a Cook 3 (Lead Line Cook) to join our culinary team in The Woodlands, TX. You will lead evening kitchen operations, helping prepare and present elevated dishes with consistency and confidence.

The role supports junior staff, ensures high food quality, and maintains an organized, efficient PM kitchen during busy service. The position offers growth opportunities within Hyatt’s renowned hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary experience, including working independently on the line.
• Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong knife skills, sauce work, and knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Ability to support and train junior team members as needed.
• Culinary degree or hotel experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
