Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Lead Line Cook 3 to join our culinary team in our Austin area operations. The role requires strong communication and at least three years of line experience, with a culinary degree or related restaurant experience preferred.

You must be able to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills, work multiple stations, and provide direction in the supervisor's absence. Open availability including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
• Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
• Requires moderate supervision and training.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
