Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Cook 3 to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences and assisting the kitchens on a day-to-day basis.

With at least three years of line and fine dining experience, a culinary degree or related hotel background is preferred. The position requires full flexibility to rotate within culinary sub-departments and related areas.

Qualifications

• 3 years of previous line experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills.
• Fully flexible to rotate within sub-departments of the culinary division or any other department.
• Moderate supervision and training.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running all kitchens on a day-to-day basis.
• Prepare soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling and pastries.
• May provide direction in the supervisor's absence.
